Home purchase with remodel planned
My client purchased a new home with plans to remodel the kitchen and bath.
The renovation plans for the kitchen included installing 42″ solid plywood shaker cabinets with soft-close doors and drawers, replacing granite with quartz countertops.
For bath remodels we installed high-tech Toto bidet toilets, new vanities with modern vessel sinks in addition to the new LVP style flooring. We also replaced the previous master bathroom’s exposed toilet with a privacy wall.
In other rooms and throughout we installed taller 5-1/4″ baseboards, modern high-end wood-like LVP flooring, and created accent walls.
During the remodel, we discovered water underneath the old tile, which led us to uncover that the previous owner had not disclosed a history of water damage to the house. Despite this unexpected challenge, we managed to complete the entire project in approximately 60 days, from start to finish.
To finish the project, we added more lighting, outlets, switches, and switch plates, as well as curtains and blinds.
