Fort Myers Guest Bathroom Shower Renovation

In Fort Myers, I completed a master bathroom renovation last year. My client was so happy with results he brought me back recently to remodel the guest bath. My client decided to keep the existing vanity and handle the painting themselves. I enlarged the shower by removing the drop-down soffit over the tub and added LED lighting with a dimmer switch for a customizable ambiance. To tie the project together, I used the shower wall tile for the baseboards instead of wood. I also created a custom niche and laid the floor tile as an accent backdrop. Additionally, I installed a new shower valve and trim, along with a new toilet angle stop. The entire project was finished in nine days, with the client opting to keep the original cast iron tub.
