Cape Coral Bath Remodel

into a Modern Masterpiece!
Goal:
The homeowner wanted more headroom and a modern-style bathroom
in their Cape Coral home.
Details:
Raised the ceiling, and installed a modern ceramic tile shower with
Deco Trev stone tile accents. The beautiful new zero-entry
(Handicap Accessible) shower is viewable through a semi-frameless glass door with
pivot hinges and a 10-year spot-free warranty.
The new Moen shower head and valve
are located opposite walls so you can adjust water temp before
stepping in.
Installed a new plywood grade shaker vanity with a quartz top and soft close doors and satin nickel hardware. Added an under-mount china sink and new Moen faucet. Above the vanity is a new oval framed mirror.
Installed luxury vinyl planks (LVP flooring) for a lovely wood look and carried that from hall into the shower.
Finished the remodel with new modern drywall texture and bright new paint to complete the color palette.
The result is a beautiful modern bathroom!
